5. Auctions, Bidding & Transactions

All bids are binding commitments to purchase

Users must ensure they have the ability to complete transactions

5.2 Auction Process

Sellers are responsible for item descriptions

Auction Journal may display or prioritize listings using automated systems

5.3 Payments

Buyers agree to pay the full purchase price, applicable taxes, and fees

Failure to complete payment may result in penalties or account suspension

5.4 Cancellations & Disputes

Cancellation policies may vary by listing

Auction Journal may assist in dispute resolution but is not obligated to intervene

6. Fees & Paid Services

Use of the Platform may be subject to fees, including:

• Listing fees
• Transaction fees
• Optional premium or advisory services

All fees will be clearly disclosed prior to being charged.

Certain professional services (e.g., research, legal or advisory support) may be offered under separate agreements.

7. User Content

7.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you upload, including text, images, and other materials (“User Content”).

7.2 License to Auction Journal

By submitting User Content, you grant Auction Journal a:

• Worldwide
• Non-exclusive
• Royalty-free

license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect

Failure to enforce any provision does not waive rights

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Auction Journal
